Watchable Inc. ("Watchable", "we", "us" or "our") offers an AI-powered platform for generating and testing video ad creatives for paid social channels, including tools that help brands produce storyboards, video variants, and creative briefs at scale.
This Privacy Policy describes how Watchable processes personal information collected through our digital properties that link to this policy, including watchable-ai.com and our social media pages, as well as our marketing activities, events, and related activities.
Personal information we collect
- Contact data, including first and last name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, and phone number.
- Profile data, including account usernames, passwords, profile details, social links, and other information you add to your account.
- Demographic data, including date of birth, age, and gender.

- Query and prompt data, including commands, descriptions, generated content, transmitted content, and associated metadata.
- Performance and feedback data, including creative testing results, ad performance metrics you share with us, and your experiences with the Service.

We may combine information you provide with information from other sources, including:
- Public sources, such as public records, social media platforms, and other publicly available sources.
- Service providers that help us operate the Service and our business.
- Third-party services, including social media services and advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google that you use to log in or link to your account.
- Ad platform integrations, where you authorize Watchable to connect to services such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager to retrieve creative performance data.
Our use and disclosure of information received from Google's APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Automatic data collection
We, our service providers, and business partners may automatically log information about your device and interaction with the Service, including:
- Device data, such as operating system, browser, screen resolution, IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, and general location information.
- Online activity data, such as pages viewed, time spent, referring websites, navigation paths, and activity on a page or screen.
- Location data when you authorize the Service to access your device location.
- Communication interaction data, such as whether you open or forward emails, which may be collected through pixel tags.

How we use personal information
- Provide the Service, including generating storyboards, video creatives, and campaign briefs.
- Develop new programs, features, and services.
- Enable security features and maintain your user profile.
- Process and sync creative briefs, uploaded assets, and generated outputs.
- Communicate with you about announcements, updates, security alerts, support, and administrative messages.
- Personalize your experience and remember creative preferences, brand settings, and selections.
- Analyze usage, improve the Service, refine AI models, and develop aggregated insights about creative patterns and ad effectiveness.
- Send direct marketing communications where permitted and honor communication preferences.
- Comply with law, protect rights and safety, enforce terms, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.
- Create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for lawful business purposes.
Retention
We generally retain personal information to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including legal, accounting, reporting, fraud prevention, and claim-related purposes. When we no longer require personal information, we may delete it, anonymize or aggregate it, or isolate it from further processing.
If you remove content from your account, it may remain on active servers for up to 30 days. If you cancel your account, your content becomes immediately inaccessible and should be purged from our systems in full within 90 days, unless a longer period is required for legal purposes.
How we share personal information
- Affiliates, including our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
- Service providers supporting hosting, information technology, customer support, email delivery, marketing, consumer research, and website analytics.
- Payment processors, such as Stripe, which collect and process payment card information directly.

- AI model providers, including video and image generation APIs, as needed to process creative briefs, storyboards, and multimedia assets.
- Ad platform integrations where you authorize us to connect to Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Third parties designated by you, partners, linked third-party services, professional advisors, authorities, and business transferees.
- Other users and the public where certain profile information or content is visible through the Service.
Your choices
- Review and update certain account information by logging into your account.
- Opt out of marketing emails by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.
- Control cookies and similar technology through browser settings and our Cookie Notice.
- Revoke ad platform access through the relevant platform settings.
- Delete certain content through your account or request account closure by contacting us.
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. If you decline to provide information we identify as required, we may not be able to provide certain services.
Other sites, security, transfers, and children
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no internet or information technology system can be guaranteed secure.
We are headquartered in the United States and may transfer personal information to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may differ. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
Notice to European users
For individuals in the EEA or UK, references to personal information include personal data under GDPR-aligned laws. Watchable is the controller for processing covered by this Privacy Policy. Watchable's infrastructure is based in the United States.
Our legal bases may include contractual necessity, legitimate interests, compliance with law, and consent. Where personal information is transferred outside Europe, we may rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or legally permitted derogations.
