Effective as of April 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Watchable Inc. ("Watchable", "we", "us" or "our") and our AI-powered platform for generating and testing video ad creatives, storyboards, video variants, and creative briefs for paid social channels.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Watchable on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of the Service
- Watchable provides tools for generating and testing video ad creatives, storyboards, campaign briefs, and related outputs.
- AI-generated outputs may require review, editing, rights clearance, and compliance checks before publication or use in advertising.
- You are responsible for evaluating generated outputs for accuracy, legality, platform policy compliance, brand suitability, and required disclosures.
- We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Accounts and responsibilities
- Use Watchable only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Make sure you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for any product information, creative briefs, images, videos, brand assets, or other materials you upload.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information or content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Your content and generated outputs
- You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, subject to the rights you grant us to operate and improve the Service.
- You grant Watchable the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, reproduce, and create outputs from your content for Service delivery.
- Where permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy, we may use creative brief data, uploaded assets, prompt data, and aggregated or de-identified information to improve the Service.
- You are responsible for backing up your content and for confirming that generated outputs are appropriate for your intended use.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, AI infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Payments and subscriptions
If paid plans, subscriptions, or usage-based features are made available, fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at purchase or in the applicable order flow. Payment information is processed by our payment processors and not stored directly by Watchable.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal information. Our Cookie Notice explains how we use cookies and similar technologies.
Disclaimers and limitations
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watchable disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watchable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
